Cancellation Policy

72 Hours notice required for cancellation*. Customers must contact operator by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Customers will receive a full refund within 72 hours after cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Open Charters must have a minimum of two (2) booked passengers for departure. If an Open Charter has less than the minimum number of passengers, the trip will be cancelled by the operator and notification will be made via phone, email, or text. If the operator cancels for this reason, the fare will be refunded with exceptions as stated below*.

The operator runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions. However, the operator may cancel the trip before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the operator cancels the trip, customers will be allowed to reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a full refund*.

*Special Promotions or discounted fares may reschedule with 72 hours notice. However, once a trip is booked the coupon has been redeemed and there will be no refunds once a trip is scheduled.
