All linens & towels are supplied as well as washer/dryer for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to whip up a gourmet meal; a gas grill makes it possible to cook any fish you catch while here; or order in from a wide variety of local restaurants who deliver right to the door. Local calls are free & unlimited.

One bedroom has an en suite bath. Decorated in an island theme, this room has twin beds (can be combined to make a king) & french doors that open onto the deck.

The second bedroom has an adjacent full bath as well. A queen size bed and generous closet mean you can really settle in and relax.

Tropical foliage surrounds you on the second floor deck. French doors from both the living room & bedroom allow access for outdoor dining or just relax & enjoy the morning paper with your coffee. This condo, offered by owner at very affordable rates, is perfect for 2 couples or a family. It sleeps a maximum of 4 - sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking. Rates vary by the season & the month.

The heated Shipyard pool has a large sundeck with chaise lounge chairs. The Fort Taylor State Park Beach is just a short walk.
