Among other places, we generally find wild dolphins in a large sandy bottom area about 10'-15' deep that we call Wild Dolphin Playground where they are constantly on the move in search of fish to eat and doing the things wild dolphins do. It's called the playground because wild dolphins do like to play a lot. These are WILD dolphins in their natural habitat in open ocean doing what they want to do. These are HAPPY wild dolphins who are very glad they have not been captured by humans & put in a dolphin prison to do their beck & call for entertainment & profit.

| Our encounters observe them on their terms and depend on what they are doing and their mood. Encounters happen on nearly every trip, however, there is no way that we can guarantee what a wild animal will do. We are bound by US Federal law-The Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 and subsequent amendments. We do not disrupt feeding, mating, nursing their babies, etc. We do not feed or harass dolphins. Pursuing wild dolphins, swimming after, touching them, even though they sometimes may swim close enough to you, is considered harassment by the MMPA and is punishable by law. |

When the natural conditions allow it, we snorkel and swim in the Gulf of Mexico within the resident wild dolphin's home range. Unlike many other dolphin tour operators, we carry a maximum of six passengers per trip which further reduces any possible impact we may have on the beautiful wild dolphins. |
| Like so many situations in nature, the more people want an experience, the more opportunity we have to disrupt the natural order. Even though we are extremely careful, sometimes wild dolphins may get agitated just by our presence so we move away to find a different group or go snorkeling a coral reef or exploring the back country, etc. Often we are able to return and see the beautiful wild dolphins again. |
